Resolved - We have made a change to resolve the issue with the jfk-primary server.
If you have made the recommended changes to use jfk-backup as per the previous update, you can change your settings back at this time.
If you continue to have any issues once you have changed back contact support at 732-339-5100 or via email at contact@voicepulse.com

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue with outbound calling on VoicePulse connect for some customers.
Customers affected appear to be using jfk-primary.voicepulse.com as their primary or only trunk.
If you are also registered to jfk-backup.voicepulse.com, calls should be completing normally, unless you are using a static IP.
If you are using a static IP, you will need to either remove the static IP and register to the backup server, or change your primary trunk server to jfk-backup.voicepulse.com or sjc-primary.voicepulse.com.
If you are registered to both servers and also have a static IP, remove the static IP in your VoicePulse portal for now.
Registration is ignored for outbound if a static IP is listed so calls are not failing over to the backup.
