Monitoring - As of yesterday evening all calling services have been restored.
This issue is not yet considered fully resolved, so we will continue to monitor the systems throughout the day.

Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Identified - The change we applied at 1:30pm EST today was partially effective in resolving the issues with calling service, but not all endpoints benefitted. We continue to work to reduce the remaining issues. We will monitor the system and provide updates as they become available.

Impact
Some users may still be experiencing any of the following:

- Disconnected calls
- One way audio
- Registration issues
- Issues dialing out and/or receiving calls
- Changes made within the Account Manager Portal will be delayed

Investigating - VoicePulse is aware of an issue affecting calling for our Hosted PBX and New Residential platform.
